MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO
There is no greater privilege in educating others to achieve financial stability and financial freedom. Many of us in this period of time work on a daily basis in order to save. However, as an individual with a banking career background, I was reluctant to offer over-priced investing with miniscule returns. Thus, I left my career and sought out to build and investment product, and that is when ICS was formed in 2015. ICS has come a long way since then and our approach to investing is ever changing and doing our best to stay toe to toe with the market sentiment and outperforming the market. ICS has then shifted into multiple investing strategy, i.e. investing in innovative, growth and value companies rather than rooted to one approach.

Michael Chua
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Michael co-founded and established ICS in 2015. Michael oversees corporate decisions, managing overall operations and resources and steering the firm in the right direction. Prior to ICS, Michael was a financial planner and an investment consultant at Standard Chartered Bank. His work span oversees the advisory work on future business plans and partnering in corporate exercise planning for business expasion. Today, Michael runs ICS as an international powerhouse to build a wealth pillar for investors.
Mian Kooi
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Mian is a Co-Founder and a Director at ICS. Mian oversees the firm's administrative aspect, day-to-day operations and other departments in the firm. Prior to ICS, Mian was a financial advisor for Hong Leong Assurance, Allianz and Standard Chartered. Her duties as a financial advisor was to determine and eliminate financial risk and building wealth for the firm and clients over the long term period.
Chris Daniel Wong
INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR & CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Chris provides a full range of regulatory, compliance and legal advice to ICS on all business matters. Chris is also a lead advisor for several companies embarking on IPO listing in Bursa Malaysia and Australia Stock Exchange. Chris graudated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, Kansas USA and is a certified e-Technologies from University of California Berkeley, USA and completed leading Finance with Harvard Business School, USA. Chris is a member of Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association & Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association.
